Biennale Internazionale dell'Antiquariato di Firenze

NEXT EXHIBITION

28 September – 6 October 2024

Cortona Fine Art, Milan Italy

The International Antiques Biennial of Florence confirms itself as one of the most important events dedicated to Italian art on the international scene, with over 28,000 visitors for the XXXI edition and a rich cultural program which involves, also with the Florence Art Week, the entire city, fueling a huge industry from which numerous local businesses benefit.

Today the Biennale is considered the most important trade fair in the world for ancient Italian art and, every two years, it brings the best of national and international antiques to Florence by inviting a selected group of antique dealers capable of proposing an important and very variety of works, guaranteed by an authoritative vetting.

A significant sequence of official events accompanies the exhibition. The Gala Dinner is the most awaited one as it offers guests, coming from many E.U. countries. and from the U.S.A., the possibility of visiting the Exhibition as an absolute preview and immediately afterwards enjoying an elegant and refined dinner with a final fireworks display.

A custom of the event are the small but significant temporary exhibitions, of an informative nature, held inside Palazzo Corsini, which in recent years have displayed precious and evocative objects from public and private collections, such as the prizes awarded for the most significant works presented by exhibitors and personalities esteemed for their high cultural value.
